environment: Create /etc/group in containers.
Reported by Pierre Neidhardt <mail@ambrevar.xyz>. * guix/scripts/environment.scm (launch-environment/container): Create GROUPS and call 'write-group'. * tests/guix-environment-container.sh: Test it.
