gnu: Add ghc 8.4.3.
* gnu/packages/haskell.scm (ghc-8): Rename this... (ghc-8.0): ...to this. (ghc): Point at ghc-8.0. (ghc-8): New variable for GHC 8.4.3. Co-authored-by: Timothy Samplet <samplet@ngyro.com>
