* gnu/packages/mail.scm (dovecot): Update to 2.3.0.1.
[source]: Remove upstreamed patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/dovecot-CVE-2017-15132.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
