linux-initrd: Use pata_acpi, pata_atiixp, and isci modules only on Intel.

* gnu/system/linux-initrd.scm (base-initrd)[linux-modules]: Include
  "pata_acpi", "pata_atiixp", and "isci" on Intel systems only.
