gnu: Avoid @itemize in descriptions.

* gnu/packages/kde-frameworks.scm (kconfig)[description]: Use @enumerate
instead of @itemize to work around <http://bugs.gnu.org/21772>.
(kitemmodels)[description]: Likewise.
