gnu: Build wiredtiger with builtin compressors. 

WiredTiger is used by MongoDB, and it seems to require it to be built with
builtin support for snappy compression.

* gnu/packages/databases.scm (wiredtiger)[arguments]: Replace --enable-zlib
  and --enable-snappy with --with-builtins=snappy,zlib.
