gnu: gst-plugins-good: Enable more plugins 

* gnu/packages/gstreamer.scm (gst-plugins-good): New inputs:
  cairo, gdk-pixbuf, flac, speex, libogg, libx11, zlib, libpng, libjpeg,
  libXext, libxv, pulseaudio.
