gnu: libosinfo: Fix substitute fetching for usb.ids.
* gnu/packages/qemu.scm (libosinfo)[native-inputs]: Add 'file-name' field to 'origin' record of "usb.ids". Otherwise, the default file name contains a "?" which leads to failure to fetch nars from substitute servers.
