gnu: %static-inputs: Use 'grep' without custom phase.

This reverts commit 1063d325ea for during
creation of the bootstrap-binaries.

* gnu/packages/make-bootstrap.scm (%static-inputs): Use a custom 'grep'
without the absolute path name in fgrep/egrep.
