gnu: libunistring: Fix make check issues on multi-core machines.

* gnu/packages/patches/libunistring-gnulib-multi-core.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch): Add previous patch.
* gnu/packages/libunistring.scm (libunistring)[patches]: Add a reference
to previous patch.
