gnu: freetype: Fix CVE-2018-6942.

* gnu/packages/patches/freetype-CVE-2018-6942.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/fontutils.scm (freetype)[replacement]: New field.
(freetype/fixed): New variable.
