gnu: lxc: Fix CVE-2018-6556.

* gnu/packages/patches/lxc-CVE-2018-6556.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/virtualization.scm (lxc)[source]: Use it.
