gnu: opencv: Don't hardcode build directories. 

* gnu/packages/image-processing.scm (opencv)[arguments]: Change
OPENCV_EXTRA_MODULES_PATH and OPENCV_TEST_DATA_PATH to use 'getcwd'
instead of hardcoding the build path.
