* gnu/packages/aidc.scm (libdmtx): Update to 0.7.5.
[source]: Update.  Use GIT-FETCH and GIT-FILE-NAME.
[arguments]: Disable broken test suite.
[native-inputs]: Add autoconf, automake, and libtool.
[home-page]: Update.
