gnu: libxslt: Make generated documentation reproducible.

* gnu/packages/patches/libxslt-generated-ids.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/patches/libxslt-remove-date-timestamps.patch: Likewise.
* gnu/packages/xml.scm (libxslt)[source]: Use them.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add them.
