gnu: linux-initrd: Make the pseudo-tty device nodes. 

* guix/build/linux-initrd.scm (make-essential-device-nodes): Create
  /dev/ptmx and /dev/pts.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (qemu-image): Umount /fs/dev/pts before /fs.
