gnu: Add MUMPS.

* gnu/packages/maths.scm (mumps, mumps-metis, mumps-openmpi)
  (mumps-metis-openmpi): New variables.
* gnu/packages/patches/mumps-build-parallelism.patch: New patch.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
