gnu: lsh: Use libc's argp instead of the bundled one.

* gnu/packages/ssh.scm (lsh)[arguments] <#:configure-flags>: Add
--with-system-argp and CPPFLAGS=-DHAVE_ARGP_PARSE.
<#:phases>: In 'pre-configure' phase, modify src/Makefile.in.
