ui: Keep the word "Copyright" untranslated.
Suggested by John Darrington <john@darrington.wattle.id.au>. * guix/ui.scm (show-version-and-exit): Make "Copyright (C) 2017" untranslatable, except "(C)" itself, like Gnulib's version-etc does.
