* gnu/services/guix.scm: New file.
* gnu/tests/guix.scm: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add both new files.
* doc/guix.texi (Guix Services): New section documenting the Guix Data

The data is stored in a PostgreSQL database, and available through a web
