gnu: maxima: Update to 5.34.1 and add dependencies. 

* gnu/packages/maths.scm (maxima): Update to 5.34.1 which fixes a bug in
  the plotting capabilities present in the previous version.  Add Gnuplot
  and Tcl/Tk to 'inputs'.
