describe: Canonicalize the profile. 

Fixes a regression introduced in
795d430d90 whereby 'guix describe' would
no longer display the generation number of ~/.config/guix/current.

* guix/scripts/describe.scm (guix-describe): Call 'canonicalize-profile'.
