* gnu/services/desktop.scm (gnome-desktop-service-type)[default-value]:
New field.
(gnome-desktop-service): Deprecate.
* gnu/installer/services.scm (%desktop-environments): Use the (service …)
form for GNOME.
* gnu/system/examples/desktop.tmpl: Likewise.
* doc/guix.texi (Desktop Services): Adjust accordingly.
