pull: Work around Ubuntu's 'sudo'.
Partly fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/36785>. Reported by Julien Lepiller <julien@lepiller.eu>. * guix/scripts/pull.scm (ensure-default-profile): Do not call 'migrate-generations' when "SUDO_USER" is set.
