Subject: [PATCH] gnu: commencement: Build the final Bash with "bison-boot1".

This removes a round of Bison + Flex + M4 + Perl rebuild.

* gnu/packages/commencement.scm (bash-final): Add 'native-inputs'
field pointing to BISON-BOOT1.
