* gnu/packages/admin.scm (fabric): Update to 1.13.2. Remove outdated comments. [source]: Remove ‘patches’. * gnu/packages/patches/fabric-tests.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
