gnu: Avoid #:prefix when importing a (gnu packages …) module.

* gnu/packages/admin.scm, gnu/packages/emacs.scm,
  gnu/packages/gnutls.scm, gnu/packages/gsasl.scm,
  gnu/packages/linux.scm: Remove uses of #:prefix for package modules.
