gnu: guix: Update to 0.4.

* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (guix): Update to 0.4.
  (guix-0.4): Remove.
* gnu/system/vm.scm (qemu-image, system-qemu-image): Use GUIX instead of
  GUIX-0.4.
