gnu: disk: Use license: prefix.

* gnu/packages/disk.scm (define-module): Import guix licenses with a prefix.
  (parted): Use the import prefix.
  (fdisk): Likewise.
  (gptfdisk): Likewise.
  (ddrescue): Likewise.
  (dosfstools): Likewise.
  (sdparm): Likewise.
  (idle3-tools): Likewise.
