[inputs]: Replace LLVM-3.9.1 with LLVM-JULIA.  Replace
LIBUNWIND-FOR-JULIA with LIBUNWIND.  Add "rmath" and "libwhich".
[native-inputs]: Remove "unicode-data".

...but limit the memory usage.  Tested with --cores=8 on a 16 GiB RAM machine.
