Change to unbundled source tarball. [native-inputs]: Add netsurf-buildsystem, nsgenbind. Remove flex, bison. [inputs]: Add utf8proc, libcss, libdom, libnsbmp, libnsgif, libnspsl, libnsutils, libsvgtiny. Remove expat, gperf. [arguments]: Adjust #:make-flags for netsurf-buildsystem. Delete configure phase.
