installer: Improve layout of the partitioning page. 
Previously the "listbox" would be unnecessarily high, leaving too little
space for the German translation of the text above.

* gnu/installer/newt/partition.scm (run-disk-page): Increase
 #:info-textbox-width and pass #:listbox-height.
