`guile-linux-syscalls.patch' as an input, and use it.

from a lambda to a list, and use (%current-system) as needed.
(nix-system->gnu-triplet, boot-triplet): Have the first argument
default to (%current-system).

(%bootstrap-gcc): Change `arguments' to a list.
