[inputs]: Remove python-wrapper, python-sepolgen, python-setools, python-ipy,
libcap-ng, pcre, dbus, dbus-glib, and glib.
* gnu/packages/patches/policycoreutils-make-sepolicy-use-python3.patch: Delete file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
