scripts: Add missing -V option to commands that document it. 
* guix/scripts/container.scm (guix-container):
* guix/scripts/import.scm (guix-import):
* guix/scripts/substitute.scm (guix-substitute): Add -V as the short option
for --version to match show-help's description.
