gnu: gcc: Add "debug" output, debugging symbols of libraries.

* gnu/packages/gcc.scm (gcc-4.7)[install-target]: Remove.
  [outputs]: Add "debug".
  [arguments]: Remove #:strip-binaries?.  Remove 'install' phase.
